However, people experiencing MCS are left without any support system and face challenges in receiving and accessing healthcare services adapted to their disability. For example, most hospitals don&#8217;t have a \u201cscent-free\u201d policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, although the number of MCS cases is on the rise, going from 2.5% of Quebec\u2019s population in 2015 to 3.4% in 2020, most people have still not heard of this health condition.
